HCDP seeks candidates for Constable, Precinct 3

In late July, Precinct 3 Constable Ray Helm announced that he would be resigning from his office on July 31, providing an opportunity for precinct chairs in Hays County Precinct 3 to nominate a candidate that will be added to the Nov. 3 ballot.

This notice is made in compliance with Texas Secretary of State (SOS) regulations regarding a change to the ballot.

A meeting to elect a Democratic candidate for the position of Constable, Hays County Texas Precinct 3, to be placed on the November 3 General Election ballot, will be held by Zoom at:

  • 10:00 AM
  • Friday, August 14, 2020

Democratic Precinct Chairs for Hays County TX Precincts 333, 335 and 338 will select a candidate to run for the office of Constable, Hays County Precinct 3.
