• Utilized sound land management practices to insure return and increase of wildlife, promoting environmental conservation and increasing hunting profitability with sound lease restrictions.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors, lease holders proper crop rotation, cattle distribution, pasture and watershed maintenance and erosion control

o Negotiated and secured the purchase of ranch ultimately totaling 2,131 acres at below market value as sole proprietor.

• Capitalize on personal circumstances, including excellent health, enabling pursuit of passionate dedication to law enforcement and intent to continue active work in field for a minimum of 8 years
• Pursue advanced degree(s) in interdisciplinary studies
